Messy Church
The January 2017 meeting of Messy Church in Hatton Public Hall. The theme for the day was 'The Prodigal Son' with Fred Coutts leading Storytime. The crafts which tied in with the story were String Hearts with Rosemary Reid & Lorraine Neilson, Pig Swill with Debbie Mackintosh, Emma Reid & Carol Bruce, Pencil tops with Joyce Goalie & June Manning. .Jim MacDonald enthused the children with Coin rubbing. For tea the children enjoyed goujons, baked beans, waffles, bread & birthday cake. It was prepared by Joyce Willox & Rosemary Pittendreigh & served by Mums & Grannies. A good time was had by all.
