The Craft Group meets every fortnight on a Tuesday in the church hall from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. The members all share a love of knitting and crochet and very much enjoy the fellowship which the group provides, as well as a welcome tea break! Several ladies in the group are particularly skilled in the art of crochet and are always willing to pass on their knowledge and help any beginners to master the craft.
The group produces a variety of knitted and crocheted garments, in particular hats, scarves, gloves, jumpers, blankets and baby clothes. These are distributed to a number of different charities both locally and abroad. There is always a plentiful supply of wool available for members to use and often members of the congregation donate wool which is always most welcome..
